For established commercial customers, we offer net-30 payment terms. Payment is typically due upon delivery unless other arrangements are made in advance.
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a pickup, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled pickup incur no fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur a $100 cancellation fee if our truck is already en route. We'll work with you to reschedule whenever possible.
